Countryside Learning Scotland (CLS) is working with young people, schools, organisations and rural businesses to enhance and improve, rural participation and environmental awareness; awareness of and access to all rural careers and training; life quality; community resilience and employability through their Pathways to Rural Work initiative.
CURRENT VACANCIES:
Dumfries & Galloway Rural Employability Coordinator - £27,500 pro-rata
Countryside Learning Scotland seeks an employability coordinator, either on a self-employed or employed basis, to deliver and support a transition initiative from school to work in the Dumfries and Galloway region. Great team, interesting and rewarding work.

Pathways to Rural Work Regional Coordinator Cairngorms - £27,500 pro-rata
Countryside Learning Scotland seeks a regional coordinator, either on a self-employed or employed basis, to deliver our Pathways to Rural Work initiative in the Cairngorms.
This is interesting, varied, and rewarding role with a supportive team. The role is 24 hours per week with an initial contract till 31st March 2026 with the intention to continue the initiative beyond this date if funding is forthcoming.
